RPT Distributing Return Policy

EFFECTIVE MAR. 1, 2022
  • All RMA requests will be processed at our B2B website at www.shoprpt.com . Visit the home page and look for the RETURNS tab at the top of the page.
  • No product will be picked up prior to getting RMA authorization. The Authorization will be sent via email and our driver will have matching return paperwork.
  • Any product with a 90 day or older purchase date is not eligible for return.
  • Specific vendors handle warranty issues DIRECTLY with the dealer or customer.
  • Authorized return pickups must be in the original box and free of damage. Items not boxed will not be picked up by RPT drivers.
  • No returns will be authorized that are Special Order.
  • Some returns are subject to Restocking fees.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for Authorized Returns to be processed and sent to your credit balance.
